| 3. | Which service will we provide you with? You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. |
| 4. | What will you have to pay us for our services? A fee for arranging your insurance, together with a fee for any mid-term changes to your policy may be charged. This will be outlined in your quotation. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy. |
| 5. | How do I make a Claim? Simply telephone the 24 hour claims hotline as detailed in your policy document or call Enni-Scheme on 01474 355322 between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm. |
| 6. | What if I change my mind and want to cancel my policy? You have the right to a 14 day cooling off period and must notify UPI within that period of your decision. We may refund the full premium excluding our admin charge. Should you wish to cancel your policy after 14 days this request should be given in writing. Please note there is no return premium for policies cancelled after 14 days. |
| 7. | Who regulates us? UPI is a trading style of Enni-Scheme Commercial Insurance Services, Alexandra House, Royal Pier Road, Gravesend, Kent DA12 2BD which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Our FSA Register number is 306857. Our permitted business is arranging general insurance contracts. | 10. | Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)? YES. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim with no upper limit.
