We offer products from a selection of insurers.

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us for insurance. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

A fee for arranging your insurance, together with a fee for any mid-term changes to your policy. Initial fees will be outlined in your quotation.

Short-Term Policies
These policies are designed for immediate coverage and do not include a cooling off period. As a result, cancellations are not eligible for a refund if you choose to cancel.

6 and 12 Month Policies
We understand that circumstances can change. You may cancel these policies at any time, and we can provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your coverage.

Yes – we are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.
